the co-founder of the Alberta Beer Festival (ABF) and the EXPLORE84 Project.

I'm also a serial entrepreneur who is a passionate advocate for the craft beer and spirit community. When I'm not working, I love being outside - running and biking. For me, life is about seeking balance - although I rarely succeed in finding it!

I also host two podcasts that showcase different facets of my personality: 'Let’s Meet For A Beer' (LMFAB) and the 'EXPLORE84 Podcast.' I began podcasting as a way to share the incredible stories of the amazing individuals I encounter. Podcasting serves as my avenue for staying curious, constantly asking questions, and learning something new each day.

MY VENTURES

I've spent the last 20 years fully immersed in entrepreneurship, constantly learning from those around me. It's a path that chose me, as it does for many true entrepreneurs.

For me, entrepreneurship has ultimately been about community - which seems to be a major foundation of all of my ventures. From co-founding and running some of Canada's largest beer festivals to creating a community platform for wellness, balance, and storytelling, every project I am part of keeps me excited to wake up in the morning.

My most recent start up venture, Explore84 is an app I am building that brings a community aspect to habit building through a 12 week journey that helps people focus on "Daily Minumum Habits" to build a healthier version of themselves in all aspects of the mind, body and soul.

It's about celebrating small victories every day.
