Currently I am using the 7-day challenge as a fun way of connecting with friends to incorporate small changes into our lives for a short amount of time. There is a fitness, nutrition and mindfulness component involved - and here is an example of what my friend challenged to do this week:
5 days this week I need to complete abdominal exercises of my choice - 3 sets of 3 exercises (10 reps per exercise).
7 days this week I need to track my calories using Noom.
My goal is to be 2000 or less calories per day.
Tell my kids that I love them, and give them a hug, every morning and evening this week. This is easy because I already do this!
