The reason I want to do the "uncut" version of my podcast is to get a sense of how people are doing during isolation. This is something that we have never experienced before - often when someone is struggling, the community comes together to help. But what do we do when the community is struggling - and not just our community, but every community around the world?
My hope is that just as the community will rally to help the individual, the individual can rally to help the community.
So beginning March 25, 2020, I will begin the Let's Meet For a Beer "Uncut - Isolation Edition" podcasts. I will release one podcast each weekday until isolation is finally over. My goal is to talk with people to learn what they are doing to help others and what others have been doing to help them. We also cover important topics like, "What are you watching on Netflix?", "Are you showering daily?" and "What is the likelihood that your spouse will want to 'socially distance' permanently once isolation is over?"
More than anything, I want people to know that they are not alone - we are all in this together. This is a test - and if we help each other, we will pass the test!
