EXPLORE84 - DAY 3


Day 3 was a great day! I started with a run and then met up with my EXPLORE84 partner Greg Long for a podcast to discuss what the program means to us.

I started my latest EXPLORE84 Journey on Monday - here's what my Daily Core Goals are:

  • MIND - Daily blog post

  • SOUL - 20+ minutes of meditation

  • BODY (Nutrition) - No eating carbs (pasta, bread, rice, potato chips)

  • BODY (Fitness) - 5+ KM of cardio daily (Run, Hike, Bike, Stationary Bike)

  • BOOK - Leadership Wisdom by Robin Sharma (must be done in the first 28 days of the journey)
